- Q: What
payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Paypal checkout and Amazon payments.
For your security we do not accept payment via phone or by mail.
- Q: How
long before my order ships?
A: Almost all orders are shipped same or next business day, excluding public
holidays. On rare occasions, orders may take one or two additional days shipping
lead time.
- Q: Do
you ship to locations outside of the US?
A: Yes, we ship to most worldwide locations. Please note: All customs duties,
importation fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we
are not able to reduce the declared package value.
- Q: What
is MAP?
A: MAP or UMAP is 'Minimum Advertised Price', or 'Unilateral Minimum Advertised
Price'. This is the minimum price set by a manufacturer that a retail outlet
may advertise. If you have a question about an item, please contact through
the 'Contact
us' page, being sure to include the item name and model number.
- Returns,
exchanges and refunds:
- Items are eligible
for return within 30-days except for any item marked as 'Closeout' or 'Clearance'.
Closeout and clearance items are priced to clear and are not accepted for
return or exchange.
- A Return Authorization
(RA) number must be requested for any return. We will not be responsible for
any returns made without prior authorization, regardless of proof of delivery.
Items returned without a valid RA number issued by us or otherwise not in
accordance with our return policy will be refused or returned at buyer's expense.
- Only items
in new unused condition with all original tags and product documentation will
be accepted for return. Helmet stickers must have not been removed. Items
smelling of tobacco, perfume or otherwise showing signs of use, will not be
accepted for return. Items returned only for refund are refunded less a nominal
restocking fee up to 4%.
- We are not
responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit. We therefore
recommend that merchandise be sent with tracking and be insured with the carrier.
- Refunds are
processed by the same method as original payment only. Please allow up to
seven business days for return items to be received, cleared through QC and
processed before refund is issued.
